This family-friendly yoga session is highly focused on flowin' and connecting with your very own energy. Cultivating what's already inside you and learning how to utilize it to your full potential!!! Energy Flow With V is a donation based event and is open to the community for all ages. Children even as young as 3 are welcome ! But who am I kidding, bring the babies too. This is not your typical yoga session, we are going have fun, get our bodies movin' and groovin' and enjoy ourselves Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to relax & enjoy some of the best pizza from Livy's Pizzeria and beer in Charlotte. Yoga, Pizza and Beer just goes together , Right !!!! So bring your smile and meet me on the mat !
