Description
This series is for practitioners of all experience levels. It will be beginner-friendly but will have options for more experienced students. These yoga classes aim to create awareness and strength while cultivating mental focus and curiosity. Conscious flow encourages students to move through the various yogic asana movements with presence and kindness, and, from this place, compassion and radical acceptance naturally evolve. In this yoga class, Reika aims for her students to concentrate their attention on what is actually happening at the moment, cultivating mindfulness through movement and awareness of their breath. This class is not concerned with how deep you can go in a pose or what you look like in the pose. Conscious flow yoga class encourages mindful, supple movements, and centering on the gift of stillness.Reika ShucartTrauma-Informed & Accessible Yoga AmbassadorReika is a global citizen.
