Come join us for a tour of Mountain Mike’s Pizza Restaurant! You will get a first-hand experience learning about what it takes to run a small business. Take a tour of the restaurant and learn how they make pizza and serve our community. Bring your favorite board game and spend some time hanging out with friends after the tour! Pizza will be served. This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. Parents must complete this waiver and email it to Rachael Perez at [email protected] Your student may not be dropped off unless this waiver is completed. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend any event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them. May I pay using my funds? No tickets for this event must be paid for out of pocket. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for high school students only. If you purchase a ticket for a student that is not in 9th-12th grade the student will not be able to attend and you will not receive a refund. What are the check-in procedures? Students will need to check in at the front door with Mrs. Perez. She will have your names on a checklist confirming the waiver has been submitted. Is there on-site parking available?
