This series of baking classes are inspired by the Great British Baking Show; a technical challenge from each season will be taught in a small group masterclass.  Rich and silky flan (créme caramel) is a creamy vanilla custard topped with an amazing caramel. This popular Latin dessert is a staple around the holidays. During this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make caramel and get tips on how to get the creamiest custard.  Please note: Space is limited. About the teacher: Sierra Stollenwerk started her baking business in 2018 creating custom cakes out of her small apartment. In 2022 she rebranded to Reignbow Baking Company, LLC, an inclusive bakery aiming to inspire joy, creativity, and generosity through baked goods. Reignbow Baking Co. is currently a custom-order-only bakery located in Brainerd that specializes in wedding cakes.
