The Alabama Venture Club will be hosting an Investor education class on the purposes and details of capitalization tables. After networking over breakfast, our expert speakers will walk us through each stage of the startup funding journey and how it impacts investor equity. Our speakers, Paul Rothstein and George Akers, will be joining us from Nelson Mullins Emerging Companies practice in Atlanta. Paul and Geoge will seek to bring clarity to a complex process. We'll unpack common questions like: What constitutes a good cap table? Why is cap table management important?How should I structure my cap table?Please RSVP as soon as possible as seating is limited.
