Carpentry help needed for deck

I am looking for someone with deck carpentry experience to install vinyl lattice with pcv framing and vinyl handrails including the stair handrails most likely next week. I am still waiting for the floorboards to be delivered any time now. The job is in Worcester near West Boylston. There will be 7 sections of railings to be installed including the 2 stair handrails. Lattice with pvc framing will need to be installed on 2 sides. The dimensions of the deck are 22' long by 16' wide. I have attached a few pics to show the deck before demo and currently as I am demoing in now. If interested, please include what you will charge to install the handrails and lattice work with your reply. Thank you.
