9/1 and 9/4: moving help

I need help on two upcoming dates: On 9/1, I need someone with a van or truck who can pick up and deliver a 7' 6" sofa from Arlington to Cambridge. Quick and easy $30. On 9/4 in the morning, I need someone to help me load and unload a UHaul in Cambridge / Boston. Off-street parking will be available if you drive to the loading spot; it's also on public transit. 3-4 hours expected, mostly boxes + a few larger pieces of furniture (mattress, bookcase, etc). $20/hour. Lunch provided if we go over 4 hours.
