Description

The individual’s duties will include, but are not limited to: maintenance and repair of various machines and facilities systems (heat, plumbing, electrical etc.) Assist in cleaning of the facility, snow removal etc. The hours of the position are 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m./5 days weekly (includes 30 min. unpaid lunch.) Overtime will be required per rotating schedule based on use of facilities beyond regular working hours. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma. Applicants should be able to take direction, work independently, be reliable and able to get along well with adults and middle-school aged children. Knowledge of building systems desired. The individual should be able to lift boxes of paper and other items and assist with moving furniture occasionally.
