Full-time and Part-time positions available: $18 per hour to start Strong opportunity to transition into leadership position with expanded responsibilities and compensation Responsibilities & duties: Responsible for providing and maintaining the cleanliness and beautification of condominium associations within the Space Coast Community, while providing regularly scheduled ongoing maintenance tasks. (Pressure washing, Fascia/soffit repairs, interior/exterior painting, electrical and plumbing fixture repairs/replacements etc.) *Use cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain the appearance of condominium associations *Follow and perform association specific site services specifications of cleaning and general maintenance tasks. *Maintain daily notes on services provided Qualifications & Skill Set: *High degree of professionalism and work ethic *Reliable transportation *Attention to detail *Desire to contribute and grow with an expanding company Forward Resume and/or qualifications
