Looking to hire a general handyman with experience in residential property To assist with work orders, turnovers. Qualification experience in general handyman type repairs including all of the following -ability to safely use common power and hand tools -experience installing and replacing plumbing system -strong communication skills with property management and tenants -self starter with good time management skills -perform electrical repairs in common areas and tenants apts. -repair and paint doors, window, walls, ceilings.
