Property Management Company seeking qualified individuals for Handyman position at our Jersey City location. Responsibilities includes the upkeep of interior/exterior of buildings and report directly to property manager. Previous work experience with electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems is a plus. Routine tasks involves but not limited to such things as fixing leaky pipes, painting rooms, patching drywall, and fitting locks. Also overseeing of work from outside contractors.
