COVID-19 InformationPlease read the COVID-19 Waiver before registering. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to its terms.We are requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for this event. Options for sending proof of vaccination will be sent to you after registering. If you are unable to be vaccinated because of a medical condition or religious exemption, you must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of the start of the event at registration. We will request that you wear a mask for the duration of the conference if you have a medical or religious exemption. Masks are optional, but recommended, for all vaccinated attendees.
