This moving meditation will challenge you not only physically but mentally as well as we dive into the realm of mindful meditation, self-awareness, and being present in your current moment.
Nestled in the urban oasis of NW Washington DC, you will practice with a scenic view of the treetops and blue sky in front of you. The lush green vista will soothe you as you move in time with your breath.
