Hello New York. I’m starting a blues/rock n roll/funk based group (Robert Johnson. Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry and James Brown influence). We are currently a singer, guitarist and saxophonist. We’re looking for an 18-35 bassist. A bassist that can hold down rhythms ala James Brown etc We’re a rhythm based band. We’re currently based in the Lower East Side and rehearse either there or Brooklyn. If this sounds like something interesting to you continue reading.
