Description

Olga, I reached out to you on your birthday but someone took down the post. I miss you. I think about you all the time. I ended up talking about the band we liked and went to go see at Bowery Ballroom with my boss last night after work and I liked being able to talk about you again. I mentioned you always playing that Dentists song when I got home, wondering if you were playing it ironically because you had such a genius grasp on English and humor and irony and timing...but I still think about listening to *this* song (Izbavlenie posla) while I was texting you after just meeting you and walking through Flatiron on such a gorgeous fall morning when you were texting me and it seemed like the sky was screaming at me, it was so bright and perfect, and the buildings could fall on me because I felt vulnerable for the first time since coming here because I met someone I was in love with. I kissed you on your birthday, and we would have been talking a week later (today). I had a bird call as your text tone and my coworkers were so amused at how happy I was when you texted me. They would hear this birdsong and make jokes about me being such a squish but everybody loved you so much. I miss you so much.
