I was walking yesterday morning few minutes before 11 am. Was crossing street on 13th St and 9th Avenue. You were driving a large black pickup truck and you were waiting at that intersection. When I finished crossing I looked up and you were staring at me very hard and you continued looking at me. You were in early to mid 30s, caucasian shaved head with brown beard. You were very brawny looking. I was latin guy crossing street. I'm interested in getting together.
