TRAIN THE PRESENTER w/Holly Prescott This class is FREE for all KWA Agents! Incorporating exercises, group work and hands-on participation, Train the Presenter covers the basics of effective teaching techniques and strategies. This course is intended for the novice instructor looking to develop their training skills, current instructors who have little or no formal training, or current KWU Faculty who want to refresh their skills base. OBJECTIVES Internalize KWU tools and standardsPractice teaching techniques to enhance your training skillsLearn how to incorporate productivity-boosting activities into the learning experienceBuild, effectively prepare, and deliver a short presentationGive and receive feedback that will contribute to learning and growthClass will be In PERSON in the KWA Training Room. Lunch will be provided. DAY 1 - Sept 22 is all instruction. DAY 2 - Sept 23 is Presentation Day! Everyone who attends Day 1 will present to the group on Day 2! In 2007 she was asked by Gary Keller to travel around the country for Millionaire Systems teaching Recruiting by the Book, an overview of the Millionaire Real Estate and how to use it in recruiting. She then stayed with KWRI beginning in 2009 to serve as Designated Trainer. Holly was a MAPS Leadership coach until 2018, has created a training program that services the Carolinas and South Florida regions, is currently KWU Master faculty and has ownership in 4 Keller Williams offices (including Keller Williams Advantage!).
