Kick off Breckenridge's Oktoberfest on Thursday with a mountain-town beer tent experience at Beaver Run Resort featuring Oompah music and Bavarian-inspired dishes created by the Beaver Run chefs paired with brews selected by the Breckenridge Brewery brewmasters. The five-course menu features Bavarian Pretzels, Buffalo Bratwurst, Schnitzel, Apfelstrudel and a Salate (salad with summer peaches, arugula, strawberry caprese and watermelon).
