The chard, sweetness, and spicy flavors of the corn marries with a refreshing crisp, light American lager.
“Got Oats” + Kimchee Shrimp
The crispy, sweet, and spicy shrimp evens out the creaminess and bitterness of a hazy India pale ale.
“Waking Fantasy” + Korean Fried Chicken Taco
A sweet/spicy/tangy taco pairs with the Mai Tai inspired sour.
“The Golden Beers” + Carne Asada Taco
Smokey and lightly spicy tender prime skirt steak has savoring flavors that are a perfect food pairing for an acidic barrel-aged sour.
“Barrel-Aged Shugga Shugga” + Blueberry Goatcheese Handpie
Goatcheese and blueberry compote, served with chocolate ganache and orange agave cream. A decadent pairing with an imperial stout.
