Advancing Grassroots & Community-Based Organizations (AGCBO) is a series of workshops focused on Nonprofit Infrastructure Development. Learn foundational skills that will amplify you as a leader, enhance your organization’s performance, and improve your impact in the community. Workshops are hosted by Partec Consulting Group in partnership with the Indianapolis Foundation. Registration is free and open to 35 participants per session. Please limit registrations to no more than 2 people from your organization. Priority is given to organizations with an operating budget of $250,000 or less. Workshops are focused on the following key areas: Support: How is your organization identifying and utilizing resources? Strategy: How will your organization identify and reach its goals? Structure: How will your organization meet financial, data, and staff requirements? Sustainability: How will your organization continue its work in the near and distant future?
