The Journal Bae Guided Journaling Workshop includes writing to journaling prompts designed to facilitate deep inner listening and personal transformation. Guided Journaling is a creative and therapeutic practice which can support us in externalizing and making sense of our experiences, reflecting on the past and setting intentions for the future. It allows us to slow down, get some space from our thoughts and perhaps view them in a different light.
