Lu is a curious, affectionate, and calm 8 year old female cat (spayed). Our situation has changed and we are both going to be unemployed for the next few months and can no longer care for her. Asking for a small rehoming fee of 60 dollars. If you are interested please read the details below and send us an email providing us some information about yourself, your home situation so we can ensure she is going to a good home. Even though she is fairly independent she loves to spend a bit of time every day as a lap cat and loves to knead her humans(sometimes called making biscuits). She is a fantastic cat with no litter issues and does not scratch furniture, she is good with dogs, great with children, but would prefer to be the only cat in the household especially if the other cat has a more dominant personality type as that may make her anxious and more prone to hiding. She is outgoing & friendly with strangers as long as she is in her own territory -- when in new territory she may take some additional time to warm up. One of her favorite games is jumping high in the air to bat crumped pieces of paper. She is extremely food motivated and loves wet food treats and LOVES catnip. She tolerates being brushed well and never bites we have even put nail caps on her in the past with no issue.
