Please join us for Neil Reed, An Atlanta Architect
Join us as David Y. Mitchell, Executive Director of the Atlanta Preservation Center discusses the architecture of Atlanta/Georgia famed Architect Neil Reed and the impact he had on Atlanta architecture and surrounding areas. As a side note: Neil Reed was one of the owners of Mimosa Hall from 1918 until 1926.

Information on the speaker:
David Yoakley Mitchell graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA-96) and studied photography and anthropology.
He is the Executive Director of the Atlanta Preservation Center and is fortunate to work with the University of Georgia Special Collections Libraries to expand its collections.
He is happily married for 25+ years and has a 16-year-old son. A native of Rome, Georgia he and his family live in Grant Park – in Atlanta.
