can anyone fix an apple watch series 6

I bought an apple series 6 watch from a girl who used to come to my work. The deal was for $100 and it was genuine because she gave me the pass code and at that point I had only $50. So she said that she will give me the apple id and password when I will pay her the balance $50. And she didn't show up for a week. And I had to quit that job and move to another city. But I just couldn't get hold of her and I had to leave. Now I have this almost new apple series 6 watch but I cannot connect it to my iphone or use it because it asks for the apple id and password which was associated with it. Now I don't know what to do about it. Can anyone somehow format it or flash it or something so I can use it? I will pay the balance $50 to you. Many thanks.
