Join us on the last Saturday of every month from 3:30 - 6:00 pm for a day of gardening at the John Wilson Community Garden! • Make new friends! • Learn gardening skills! • Contribute to local food security! 3:30- 6:00 pm: We'll be weeding, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and more. Just show up, and we'll provide all necessary tools and training. Please wear comfortable shoes, clothes that can get dirty, and a sun hat. Be sure to bring a water bottle too! No RSVP or experience necessary, just come join us in the garden. After 6:00 pm: After our time together in the garden, we’ll head over to Black Mountain Brewing where all of the day’s volunteers will gather to socialize and receive a FREE beverage on PubCorps. A food truck and live music will also be at the brewery until 8 pm. Community Garden Events Dates: August 27th September 24th October 29th
