WWE Arizona - Piestewa Peak Hike Location: Piestewa Trailhead Dates/Times of Event: Tuesday, 08/23/ @ 5 AM Explore this 2.1-mile out-and-back trail near Phoenix, Arizona. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 49 min to complete.. You'll need to leave pups at home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail. The parking lot is off Piestewa Peak Drive and leads to many more hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. The route starts on a short connector trail and then goes straight up to the summit. If you are looking for a great workout, this summit hike is the perfect trail. Some notable views from the summit include Camelback Mountain, the Dreamy Draw Recreation Area, and the city of Phoenix. ** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified and are not guides. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts.
