People have been coming together to share seeds for thousands of years and we want to continue the tradition and encourage biodiversity and to ensure that our gardens remain resilient and healthy for future generations. Seeds, tubers, and cuttings are welcome! Organic, and heirlooms preferred. All experience levels are welcome and if you don't have anything to share don't worry! You can still take home a packet or two! Arrive at 11:00 with your seeds, tubers, or cuttings already divided up and ready to swap with a label including as much information as you can, including common name and variety, Latin name (family, genus, species), date collected, and who grew the seeds and where. Everything will be laid out on the tables and chairs in the backyard and the swap will take place at 11:15. Typically you can take home as much as you brought. Extra empty seed packets are available if needed. If it rains, the seed swap will be moved indoors.
