Delray Yacht Cruises is a year-round sightseeing & charter yacht company with cruises staying in the Intracoastal Waterway. Candidate must have a flexible schedule as shifts may be days, nights or weekends. Delray Yacht Cruises is currently hiring a full time yacht maintenance technician. Job Duties to Include: - Assess status of equipment, repairs & projects to be done and communicate with captain the plan of activities. - Create a preventative maintenance schedule for vessels. - Keep engine rooms & holds neat & safe. - Maintain dockside equipment & make repairs as needed. - Participate in all safety drills and provide crew members with training of engineering equipment so they are able to operate the equipment as required of their job description. - Demonstrate leadership by assisting Captain in maintaining a safe, positive & productive work environment. All candidates are subject to pre-employment background & drug testing and must stay in a random drug testing consortium program.
