FashionAFRICANA cordially invites you to the opening reception of MURINZI by Cedric Mizero at The Frick Pittsburgh on Thursday, August 25, 2022, 6PM to 8PM. The Frick is excited to be the venue for Murinzi by Cedric Mizero presented by FashionAFRICANA. This exclusive exhibition presents the work of Cedric Mizero, a multidisciplinary artist and fashion designer based in Kigali, Rwanda, currently working as artist-in-residence at FashionAFRICANA. Inspired by a deep connection to nature, memories, and sensory experiences, Mizero will create an installation in the Frick Greenhouse that incorporates beaded art, fashion, and painted canvases with the natural elements of the Greenhouse.
