If you call City Chapel your church, you've wondered what we're up to, or someone said, "hey it's free dinner and drinks" thanks for coming! This is a night where we get to share what we've been up to - specifically how we're focusing on Environmentalism/Creation Care this year and how that relates to being disciples of Jesus Christ. But, since we got you here (and since we're paying for your dinner and drinks) we also want to tell you more about us. The "program" part of the night will only be 1 hour (or as close as we can make it), with food and drinks before, during, and after. The night will look something like this: 5:30pm - Drinks and appetizers6:00pm - Program starts with different people sharing what we're up to/what we're looking forward to7:00 - Invitation to join us/support us7:10-8:00pm - Games and prizes awarded. Feel free to hang around for the rest of the night, ask questions, eat some more food, whatever!8:30pm - Parties over :(You'll notice one of those is an "invitation to join us/support us." I don't want this to be a "bait and switch" where suddenly you're shocked we are asking for support. So, I'm letting you know ahead of time. We can't do all of this on our own (We truly would love it if you came to City Chapel), and we can't do this without financial support...everything costs money. We're going to ask if you are willing/able to support us, but if you are struggling financially please do not feel pressured to give. We hope this night will be a blessing to all. ***Also, there is a LIMITED number of openings to attend this event to grab a ticket while you can!*** We hope you can make it and we look forward to spending a fun night together!
