Free Tattoo - New artist needs volunteers

I am a piercer and getting into tattooing. I have a valid tattoo permit, professional equipment, and a high end micro-studio in a Cornelius shopping plaza. I am looking for a few volunteers to help me develop my craft. The tattoos that I provide for my volunteers will be free of charge. Most of the tattoos will be simplistic line work, dot work, or floral in nature. I will not be able to take everyone that reaches out to me. There are a few rules and requirements. 1. Must be 18years old or older and have valid ID as proof. 2. Must sign a legal consent form before the tattoo process can begin. 3. Must be open to design and optimal placement. 4. Must NOT be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prescription drugs. 5. No face, neck, hand, or finger tattoos. 6. A consultation may be required to discuss design and placement. 7.
