plumber for unique spigot, and connect to flex

i'm looking for a plumber who can install 1) a new garden hose spigot, 2) a copper pipe run, and 3) connect copper run to flex pipe. we are located in beautiful Fort Washington, MD. local contractor preferred. entire work area is fully accessible — there are no tight spots. specifications: 1. replace existing garden hose spigot (pic 1) with a brass, ball valve spigot. Then, the spigot will have a ~4-6” downward extension to a brass ball valve, and that ball valve has a plug below it. ALL parts must be threaded & brass. Also, be far enough off the wall so that the plug can be removed. Pic 2: example that we completed at another home. *** the garden hose spigot is fully accessible outside and inside (pic 4). 2. install a ~15' copper pipe run. Pic 3-4: see red line. Stub off existing ½” copper pipe and run ~15' copper pipe to outside. Pic 5: see red line. Drill TWO holes, side-by-side through wall of cinder block and stucco. NO electrical is in your way. Cinder block is hollow (in areas I've drilled through). *** hole #1 is for this plumbing task; hole #2 to be large enough to insert 1 ½” PVC pipe (just make hole, plz). 3. connect to flex pipe Pic 6: connect to pictured ½” red flex pipe; the connection must include a brass threaded ball valve with bleeder port. The flex pipe will feed water to a very large garden (downhill). So please, install anything that improves winterization or makes it easier to winterize, etc. reply to this message with a bid.
