I have run an ad several times and have gotten some good responses. But i lost most of the resumes that were sent to me. I am expecting more work as i have become very busy in the last month. I can only hope it continues so that i can hire someone full time instead of part time I do property preservation for the financial institutions meaning the Major Banks on Foreclosed homes. We do lock changes, do trash outs of houses, minor painting, plumbing, grass cuts, roof repairs, need a good handyman in all areas usually nothing major. This actually could be really good for someone cause of my age and i will be retiring soon.
