Chef Grant, a Michigan native, is the chef/owner of The Lucky Duck Clawson. He is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and has a range of culinary experiences. His experiences span from owning two food trucks to now his newest brick-and-mortar adventure.
As the journey has just begun!
We are looking to add full and part-time line cooks to our team starting immediately. High pay starts at $18/hour based on experience. Culinary experience not required. Come work side by side with Chef to help create our new menu dropping in September!
Skills must include:
- Proven cooking experience, especially in multi-course menu
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Sanitation is a must
