Good day everyone, Wild Tinderbox are a power trio that have been established in the city for over eight years, and as of over two weeks ago, released our third full length album, “Heretics And Heatseekers.” As of August 6th, we played our last show together with the current lineup. After eight years on the bass, and six years on the drums, my bassist (founding member) and drummer (longtime drummer) are both amicably leaving the band for greener pastures and new opportunities. With that said, we’re an eclectic mix of 70's rock, 90's grunge, heavy metal, punk, funk, stoner and surf rock with modern day overtones. We’ve played shows mainly throughout Central Texas (Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio), Fredericksburg, Denton, Houston, as well as some out of state touring to Tennessee, Louisiana, and Florida. We’ve also performed on a few local festivals as well (namely Summer Sesh III at Independence Brewing and Skunkfest ’21 at Come And Take It Live).
