A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTODIAL TEAM MEMBER As a custodial team member you work to maintain the cleanliness of the store, assist with maintenance of building and grounds and maintain the shopping carts in the parking lot. As a team you assist with providing prompt and friendly customer service to support a hospitable environment that welcomes coworkers, customers, owners, and members of the community. Status: Level I, Supervised by Facilities Manager Schedule: Full & Part-Time positions available: Wage: $17.10 per hour Apply By: August 31, 2022 QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTODIAL TEAM MEMBER Communication - effective interpersonal communication with team members. Comfortable working in inclement weather. Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments. Open to input/feedback on work performance. Open to giving input/feedback on Facilities department. Self-Driven/Motivated throughout shift. Knowledge or interest in learning about natural foods, local vendors, local farms. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands, stay calm, and prioritize.
