I have a purple pincher hermit crab that I got from the boardwalk a few years ago in North Carolina. He began in a painted shell and has since grown and gone into a natural one. His name is Cassius and he is super hand tame, just a little shy, and about the size of a golf ball. I had a few others that have since passed away and these guys get super depressed when they are alone. I have owned hermit crabs for 10 or so years now on and off and they are wonderful hobby critters, especially if you are looking into starting terrarium/vivarium type interests. I am hoping this guy goes to great new home where he can live the rest of his days. Hermit crab experience and ownership is required for his rehome and he needs to go somewhere where he will have other crab friends. I do have some stuff that I would be more than happy to give with him. I do text or phone call, do not email me as I do not check it often enough.
