ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
A local, well established property management firm is seeking a full time Assistant Manager for a small community (120 units) in the Tualatin area. This position requires cleaning and also office duties. An ideal candidate will have experience cleaning with high standards and also willing to learn new skills related to property management and fair housing laws.This is a great position for someone who would like to start a career in property management as this is the first step to moving onto other positions in this field or within our company. We love to promote within and an energentic and eager to learn individual would do well!
Assistant Manager Duties and Requirements:
Rent Collection
Payable entry
Resident Relations (conflict resolution, retention skills)
Willing to learn leasing and fair housing laws
Cleaning laundry rooms and apartments after move outs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Computer knowledge helpful
Must be willing to work weekends
Preferred Skills
Excellent customer service
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Spanish/English speaking preferred
Additional Notes
This position would be 5 days a week including Saturdays. Possible Sundays depending on what 2 days off are decided upon. 2 days all office duties and other days cleaning or mixed duties.
