Hiring immediately! FULL TIME Janitorial Working Area Supervisor Mondays thru Fridays (6pm – 2am shift) up to 40 hours a week Starting pay rate: $22 per hour • Must have extensive janitorial supervisor experience (training/supervising workers, problem solving, building inspections, safety compliance, computer literacy, processing paperwork/payroll time sheets/daily reports, applicant interviews, meetings, etc..). • On occasion required to meet with customers (during the day), visit some daytime accounts and/or pick up supplies from company warehouse • Must be able to cover janitorial for sick call outs or vacations • As area supervisor, expected to drive to different accounts every night (inspections, follow ups on customer requests, address issues/problems or training workers, deliver supplies, emergencies) • Must pass WSP and federal background checks • Must be fluent in English and writing in english • Must have valid WA driver’s license, clean driving record, own dependable vehicle (issued company gas card) and a monthly car allowance reimbursement • Company provided cell phone Individual we are looking for must know how to supervise/discipline/train workers, problem solver, dependable, follows management instructions, a dedicated steward for the accounts assigned, detail oriented and prompt. Individual will report directly to General Manager.
