We are looking for Rock Star Employees who take pride in their work, have great communication skills with customers and co-workers, and who are eager to learn new technologies in equipment and cleaning systems. If you have what it takes, we will hire and train you quickly and you will receive classroom training before on-the-job training with your assigned team leader. What will you be doing? As part of the RCF team, you will be responsible for cleaning for the health and safety of building occupants in the Boise area. You will have the responsibility of providing and maintaining quality service to the standards and frequency within the cleaning specifications. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks which may include keeping public spaces neat and tidy, overseeing upkeep of cleaning equipment, filling supplies etc. Job Skills / Requirements · Maintain and clean: offices, common areas, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other spaces · Collect/empty trash and recyclable receptacles · Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms · Cleaning of glass and doors · Other duties as assigned. The requirements for this position are as follows; Able to work evenings after 6pm. The physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, walk, and bend during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for a long period of time The ability to accept, understand, and follow instructions Friendly and professional demeanor Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to help out and learn new skills Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation pass a pre-employment background check.
