Two separate projects. The first one is ready to roll, the second is at least a week or two out. If I like your work, I'd like to have you come back for the second project when the materials arrive. First project: I have a mud room with a floor/foundation that is 9" lower than that of the main house. I'd like to raise the floor and make it a single level. I've taken the mud room down to the foundation (rot issues) and want to frame things back up so that the ceiling and floor are at the same level between both portions of the house. The dimensions of the mud-room being re-framed are 6x19. Second project: The house purchased has a shallow roof. I'm going to be ordering new roof trusses to increase the pitch and I need a second person with experience setting roof trusses to get the job done. I have a skidsteer with the ability to lift the trusses up to the roof. Total of 19 trusses on a simple roof. Is this up your alley? Have experience in residential framing? My schedule is flexible, so this might be a perfect gig for someone to tackle after their day job or over a weekend.
