Our cockatoo needs more attention than we have time for. Unfortunately she isn't very social as far as coming off her cage and hanging out around the house. I am sure if she had a family that dedicated themselves to letting her do that, she would. She is very sweet. Nonaggressive. Sometimes she needs some convincing to be held, but she loves to be talked to and pet. She does say a few words, but nothing major. She is pretty noisy and all bird owners should be prepared for that. No health problems as far as I know. We were told she was about 15 at time of purchase, so she is maybe around 16 now. She does live in a home with other pets and kids, and does not seem bothered by either. I am asking for $3000 and that does include her cage.
