First Court is looking for 50 enthusiastic, talkative, descriptive and opinionated yet fair-minded people who live in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, Harford, Carroll, Allegany, Cecil, Washington and Wicomico Counties in Maryland, for a Legal Focus Group. This project will take place online via Zoom. We need 25 individuals for each of two sessions on Thursday, Sept. 1st. The first session is from 7:30am - 1pm Eastern and the second session is 1:15pm - 6:30pm Eastern. We are paying $175 for participation. If you are hired, you will be required to attend a training session and sign an electronic NDA a day or two before the event. We will pay you an extra $25 for completing these two tasks for a total of $200. Participants MUST have a computer / laptop with a webcam and high speed internet. Sorry, but Smartphones and IPads do NOT WORK FOR THIS PROJECT. Candidates who are fairly tech savvy are preferred. We need people who can listen to lawyers' arguments and witnesses and then tell us what they think. The objective of the project is to get honest feedback on the facts of a real lawsuit case by individuals in the area where the case originated. Please remember, we can only select individuals who live in the following counties in Maryland: Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, Harford, Carroll, Allegany, Cecil, Washington and Wicomico.
