7 YRS EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR looking to trade work for property in need of work ( livable ). Experience in Sheetrocking, painting,electric, plumbing, flooring, ceilings if you need work done and would trade property for labor on other property. Need work done to be able to sell property faster and only have for materials I'll work for no money for property. I do not believe in foolish games this would be a contract type. If you need maintenance work done and need a cheap guy call me. attention please understand. Im looking to reside in property so it has to be livable or some type of agreement must be accorded before work is done. Signed papers would be the most convenient for both parties.If just maintenance work is needed and is more than 50 dollars in work I'm your guy.
