Darwin Fun, sweet, curious and athletic - Darwin is an amazing dog. He has had a hard life before living with us so he needs patience, consistency and love. Darwin is about 45 pounds and 5 years old. He is willing to learn, grow and change at his own pace, slowly and consistently. Darwin would love to have a confident, gentle and understanding family with previous experience with dogs. He is clean, sweet and lazy in the house. He has never made any mess while inside. Outside, he loves to sniff and explore, curious with a very high prey drive. Darwin has lived with us a little over three years and he has changed so much. He cares about his people, and he is cautious around strangers - he is totally a jindo mix. We love Darwin so much but keeping him away from our cat has become increasingly difficult. He needs a home without small animals, definitely no cats and small children. He has done well with other dogs and with thoughtful and slow introduction and relationship building, we think he might be able to live with another dog. Darwin would do well in a big fenced area to sniff and explore.
