Villas Laredo is seeking a Full Time Make Ready/Porter for a community. Upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot and pool maintenance Prepare recently vacated apartments for market readiness and availability to rent Respond to service work orders, perform painting and pressure washing duties Assist the maintenance team with work orders, trash outs The porter/groundskeeper tech is responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times. $13.50 an hour plus commission Villas Laredo Apartments 1602 Jacaman Rd.
