CSA Staff on Organic Vegetable Farm

Pay rate: $16/hour plus $0.50/hour end-of­-season bonus upon completion of the season for every hour you worked during the season. Also, weekly vegetables from the farm. This position is approximately 15 hours per week. (Additional daytime hours are available Mon-Fri if desired.) You must be available to work through October 20th. Hours are: *Tuesday - 2:30 pm to 7:15 pm *Wednesday - 2:30 pm to 7:15 pm *Thursday - 2:30 pm to 7:15 pm Our CSA crew is the face of Red Wagon for our CSA members. You will work at all 3 of our CSA pickups at various locations around Boulder. (Nevei Kodesh at 1925 Glenwood Dr, Martin Park in S Boulder, Boulder JCC at Cherryvale & Arapahoe) You will work under the direction of the CSA manager preparing and displaying the produce for pickups as well as helping CSA members select their produce. We are looking for someone who is friendly and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be responsible, detail oriented, hard-working, punctual, and will enjoy talking to many CSA members about vegetables. You must also be able to lift 50 lbs multiple times every day. Knowledge of vegetables is required. Our CSA pickups are under an outdoor tent, so you must be able to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow). You must have your own reliable transportation. We are requiring all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
