Weed help on Pumpkin Farm

Looking for help weeding at my pumpkin farm. I don't use any pesticides and as a result need to do some hand weeding. Most of the weeding would be done using a hand hoe, but a larger hoe is also used where appropriate. A weedwacker is also used in certain areas. Looking for hard workers who like to work outside amongst the plants. I will be hiring a couple of helpers, so no need to use a weedwacker if you only want to use the hand tools. No experience required, but please reply with your experience and a little bit about yourself and why you would like this job.
