DC Windows is looking to hire a window cleaning technician who will take on the role of team leader. The job would entail driving one of our company vehicles with a team to varies jobs throughout the day. Our office is in Rockville, but we work mainly in the DC area. You will be in charge of speaking to our clients and managing a team of window cleaning technicians, which can consist of 2-3 people. DC Windows cleans windows that are 3 stories and below. We do both commercial and residential properties. We do not come off the roof. All of our work is done from the ground. Ladders may be needed at times so the ideal candidate should not be afraid of using ladders or of heights. Heavy lifting can be required. While someone with window cleaning experience would be ideal, it is not necessary to be considered. We will provide extensive training and give you all the tools needed for you to succeed. Our ideal candidate should be: - Punctual. Our days start between 6-7AM and we typically have a full day of work so being on time is extremely important - Respectful and Professional. - A team player. This may be a team leadership role, but we all contribute the same amount while doing a job. - Speak fluent English. Since this role will require you to speak to our clients it is important to know English. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. - Must have valid license and Social Security Number.
