Fitness professionals will be able to rent space per session in this beautiful private studio. There are no long term rental commitments or start-up cost, just book and use your space in the studio as you need for yourself and your clients and only pay for what you use. Amenities and equipment include: Free weights 3lbs- 85lbs Functional cable machine 6 mounted TRX stations Functional fitness accessories - Resistance bands - Body bars - Bosu balls - Steps and risers - Stretch/ Massage table - Massage gun -Etc. -Individual surround sound -Water coolers - Mats - Fitness towels - Cleaning service -luxury rainfall showers (Towels and products included for your clients) -keyless entry -WIFI for virtual sessions. The cost per 50 minute rental session will be $30 invoiced weekly with no long term contract but discounts available for longer commitment.
